Western Slang

Western Slang was born out of two rehearsal nights coming together. Ken was meeting up with Roger on Monday nights for their project, The Gary Culmination. He was also playing with Greg, Mike, and Jeff; who were just starting to write new material after their previous project, Cool Out Fool, ended.

Someone made the suggestion of combining the two projects—we're not sure who—but we're glad they did. We started bringing all of our ideas to the room and fleshed the songs out together for what would become our first album, Spirits of Leisure.
